Good blog posting in today's Guardian newspaper out of London, talking about the troubling dominance of the Premier League's "Big Four" of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.
Certainly the Premier League isn't the only top heavy league in Europe. La Liga has evolved into an annual two-team race between Real Madrid and Barcelona, while PSV Eindhoven, Ajax and Feyenoord have won all but two Dutch Eredivisie titles since 1960.
On a side note, while The Times is my favorite British newspaper to read online, I've noticed a lot of good stuff recently in The Guardian, so I've added it to the list of links on the right.
